The Influence of Staffs’ Knowledge on Preparedness of Catholic Mission Hospitals for Health Service Delivery during Emergency Inflow of Patients in Nairobi County, Kenya

Purpose: To determine the influence of staffs’ knowledge on preparedness catholic mission hospitals for health service delivery during emergency inflow patients in Nairobi County, Kenya.
 Methodology: A cross sectional descriptive study design was used with quantitative approach data collection and analysis. Four tier-3 Catholic Mission Hospitals were purposively selected a stratified random sample 647 members staff from different cadres taken. structured questionnaire to collect data. Data analyzed using STATA software v.16, where statistics presented frequencies percentages whereas inferential correlation regression analysis.
 Findings: The found out that training exercises skills influenced influx patients. positive significant relationship at (r=0.211; p<0.01).
